Generally, a course of 3 sessions of skin needling is recommended 6 weeks apart, this can be varied to offer a bespoke package tailored to your needs. Skin needling facials have little downtime and are generally well tolerated by most people, although a numbing anaesthetic cream is used.

About Our Dermapen Clinic near Selby

Quite simply we use an electronic skin needling device to create a mild and controlled trauma to the skin which sends signals to the skin to heal itself.
Full effects from skin needling can take up to 12 weeks to be seen, but improvements can be seen once skin has healed.
Depending on the area being treated, the skin may require numbing beforehand which takes about 30 minutes, then treating a full face takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Generally 3-4 treatments are required.
