If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give a minimum
of 48 hours notice (72 hours if your appointment falls on a Monday) Short term cancellations
apply to any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time and carry a
fee of either the consultation fee (£50) for first appointments or skin consultations or the cost
of your treatment (Short term cancellation fee maximum limit is £115 in the case of toxin or
dermal filler appointments). If you fail to attend a consultation the consultation fee is lost and
further payment will be required to secure a future appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough
notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list
miss the opportunity to receive services.
It is our objective to ensure that every client is delighted with the service and treatments that
they receive at Be Aesthetic Clinic. All of our patients are offered review appointments and if
you are in anyway dissatisfied with your treatment in clinic please discuss this with Bev at
your review appointment or sooner if needed. If you are still not satisfied after your review
appointment then you can make a formal complaint. A copy of our complaints policy is
available but a face to face review has to take place first.
Refunds are available for Booking deposits if New Patient appointments are cancelled
(subject to our cancellation policy above). Similarly Gift cards can also be refunded if they
are purchased as a gift and no longer required.
No refunds can be given on treatments. Full and comprehensive consultations are given for
every treatment and patients are given every opportunity before treatment commences and
during the treatment to change their minds.
